When will the conference take place?

The virtual conference is on October 7 & 8

How can I register? What are the registration rates?

Registration is open!
Please click on the "Registration" tab above to register and view rates.

Am I eligible for the member rate?

If you are a current member of ASCE or ACI you are eligible for the member rate.

What platform/software will be used for the virtual conference?

The virtual conference will be held on Boomset - a Virtual Event Platform.
It will be accessible through www.lcecs.org

How is this virtual conference different from other online webinars?

Attendees will be able to:
-Ask questions in real-time during Q&A
-Participate in Virtual Exhibitor Rooms
-Enjoy Virtual Networking opportunities
-Engage with colleagues in main chat room or private chat rooms with options for video calls
-Access recorded sessions and more!

When will I gain access to the virtual platform?

You will receive an email the day before the conference with instructions on how to gain access.

Is the conference schedule available?

 A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, is available on our website in the Schedule page.

How can I receive a list of participants or attendees?

The participant list is sent to registered exhibitors and sponsors after the conclusion of the conference.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance for my continuing education hours?

As in past years, a PDH form will be provided to registrants to complete attended sessions for their records
If you are audited, LCECS can provide a receipt of paid registrations as well as virtual attendance reports for each virtual session.

How do I get a receipt for my registration?

Once you are registered for the annual conference you will receive a confirmation email and be able to view and print your confirmation, as well as log in to your registration portal at any time to print receipts and/or confirmations.

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

Unfortunately, this year there will be no option to cancel or substitute/transfer your registration. 
However,  the recorded sessions will be available until October of 2021

What payment options are available?

All major credit cards are accepted. 
Unfortunately, No checks are able to be processed for this year.

I am a retired engineer, can I attend for free?

Registration is free this year for retirees!
Retirees can participate free of cost by emailing lcecshost@gmail.com and requesting a code to register.

I am a student, can I attend for free?

We absolutely encourage students to participate in the conference.
Students can participate free of cost by emailing lcecshost@gmail.com and requesting a code to register.
